What drives the cost
Slide count
More slides mean more layouts, charts and checks. A focused 10 slide deck takes less design time than a 30 slide deck that tries to cover everything.
Story work
If your content is already in a clear order, the job is design. If the story needs restructuring, as the Earworm deck did, that is extra work, and often the part that matters most.
Data and charts
Market sizes, traction and financials need charts that read in seconds. Each one takes time to get right, and a deck heavy with numbers costs more than one built on words and screens.
Speed
A deck needed in days costs more than one with a relaxed timeline, because other work has to move to make room. The 72-Hour Deck Rescue exists for that case.
What a quote should include
A story outline, every slide designed in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Figma, a slide master your team can reuse and the source files. Before you compare prices, ask each designer what their quote includes.
How I price decks
I price decks as fixed projects. After a free 20 minute call you get a proposal the same day, with the scope, the timeline and a fixed price in writing, and my work with me page lists the named offers.
To see the kind of deck that work produces, look at the Earworm investor deck or my pitch deck design page.
